Sidney Greenberger
Chairman & CEO
Sidney Greenberger began his illustrious career in healthcare as a
dietary worker and as a quality assurance aide. After working and
excelling in these roles, Sidney was recognized for his hard work
and achievements and was trained and promoted to a business-office
position in charge of Medicaid eligibility and collections. After
becoming an assistant administrator, and then, in 1993, a
practicing administrator, Sidney became well-known for his
positive work ethic, his in-depth knowledge and understanding of
the always-evolving healthcare market, and his unyielding
commitment as a leader entrusted with ensuring the health and
well-being of his clients as well as the morale and satisfaction
of his employees. As a consultant to healthcare centers in New
York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, his expertise is in
high demand. His forward-thinking, pleasant personality and deep
understanding of the healthcare industry has contributed to the
success of the facilities he owns and manages.

Heshy Klein
President
Heshy Klein offers an outstanding contribution to AristaCare's
executive management team. His extensive and notable experience in
the long-term care/sub-acute field make him an authority in all
financial and business operations. Heshy's strong analytical,
interpersonal and presentation skills have fostered his successful
track record of improving profitability through cost reduction,
increased efficiency and revenue enhancement. His broad, yet
in-depth knowledge of the various governmental Medicare and
Medicaid reimbursement systems, make him an expert when dealing
with the ever-changing reimbursement environment. Heshy's unique
problem-solving and organizational skills contribute to his
success at mastering and streamlining efficient business
operations as a whole.

Peter F. Kisylia, CPA, MBA
Executive Vice President/CFO
As a CPA and MBA, Pete joins AristaCare with more than 20 years
of executive finance experience in the healthcare field. Most
recently, Pete held the position of CFO at Saint Clares Health
System. Headquartered in Denville, NJ, Saint Clares' System
included four acute care hospitals, one skilled nursing
facility, and one outpatient imaging center. Its services
included ICU, CCU, cardiology, oncology, behavioral health,
pediatrics, tobacco treatment programs, sleep disorder
programs--among many other services and programs. In addition to
overseeing AristaCare's fiscal operations, Pete, as CFO, will be
charged with seeking out and evaluating new programs, services
and business opportunities at both the individual facility level
as well as companywide.

Renee' Pruzansky
Chief Operating Officer
Renee' boasts an illustrious healthcare background encompassing
operations, marketing, sales, program development, and public
relations for the past 15-plus years. Renee's ability to network
with key industry leaders, decision makers, and physicians has
her well positioned in the healthcare market. Her unique
approach in creating and developing niche markets, innovative
programs, and solid operations systems is what distinguishes
AristaCare's centers from their competitors. Among the many
successful programs Renee' developed are the CARF accredited
Stroke Recovery Program, Cardiac Boot Camp™, A Subacute Cardiac
Conditioning and Education Program, the Spinal Cord Injury
Program, the Healthy Healing Intensive Wound Care Program™, the
Peritoneal Dialysis Program, Nostalgia Park™, our
Alzheimer's/Dementia Program, the Active Lifestyles Life
Enhancement Program, the Indian and Hispanic cultural programs,
to name a few. Her track record in public relations and high
impact marketing events brings the success and results demanded
in this fast paced industry. Renee's in-depth understanding of
information technology, combined with her aptitude for
methodical statistical analysis, has been the driving force
behind the development and implementation of AristaCare's
proprietary database software, which has been key to the
tremendous census-building success for which she is famous. Her
refreshing approach and philosophy has captured much attention
and acclaim, establishing Renee as a highly sought-after speaker
(some speaking engagements include NIC, LTC Discussion Group,
Capitol Hill, Washington, DC, and AHCA). Her uncompromising
drive to constantly raise the bar is what keeps AristaCare

Tina LaPelosa
BSN, RNC, CDONA/LTC, CDP, LNHA
Tina LaPelosa serves a dual role at AristaCare—she is Corporate Administrator to all of our facilities and serves as Clinical Administrator to AristaCare at Cedar Oaks. Her collection of credentials is a true testament to her extensive experience and the incredible clinical knowledge she brings to the company, as well as her genuine love of nursing. She is a forward-thinker, problem solver, and enthusiast which truly make her an integral part of our management team.
Tina entered the nursing field in 1983 as an LPN in Raritan Bay
Medical Center, while also working with the elderly part time at
the Central NJ Jewish Home for the Aged. It was her love of the
geriatric population that made her change to a full time
position in the long term care industry which she has no0w been
a part of for almost 30 years. She went back to school for her
RN, then began working at Cedar Oaks in 1994 as a charge nurse
turned ADON, then onto Clinical Administrator. Tina then became
certified as a dementia practitioner, after which she obtained
her BSN and Administrator’s license. Over the past 18 years, she
has accumulated extensive experience in wound care systems and
has become a vital leader at AristaCare at Cedar Oaks,
continually striving for excellence in the nursing field, while
demonstrating her passion into all aspects of the high acuity
level clinical programs she oversees, including CARF-accredited
sub acute rehab, CARF-accredited stroke recovery rehab, and long
term care programs, all of which Cedar Oaks is famous for. Tina
spearheaded the arduous process of obtaining CARF Accreditation,
a coveted special recognition of excellence in rehab.

Joseph Vescio, MBA
Assistant Vice President - Finance
Joe Vescio has made a name for himself in the field of
healthcare finance, most significantly in the areas of budgeting
and reimbursement. After serving his country for ten years as an
aircraft controller in the United States Air Force, Joe received
his accounting degree and held executive finance roles at
several major healthcare institutions and corporations over the
past eighteen years, including Deborah Heart and Lung Center,
CentraState Medical Center, Meridian Health Systems, and Saint
Clares Health System. As Assistant Vice President of Finance,
Joe will oversee all accounting, budgeting, reimbursement and
financial reporting functions under the direction of the CFO.

Peretz Stern
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer for AristaCare, Peretz and his team are charged with the responsibility of ensuring uninterrupted data flow between AristaCare and its affiliated facilities and for maintaining a central data repository that feeds off an infrastructure spread across multiple facilities and multiple states. As the former systems administrator for a publicly traded health and beauty aide company, and with more then 10 years experience in Information Technology, Peretz personifies cutting-edge IT infrastructure and design. His professional strong points include the seamless integration of internet and intranet, as well as his ability to balance the need to ensure a constant flow of necessary data, while at the same time limiting the same flow based on sound security policies and in compliance with
applicable regulatory statutes, such as HIPAA.

Mona Lynch
Executive Director of Human Resources and Risk Management
Mona Lynch holds a certification from Rutgers University in human
resource management. She has had extensive experience in all
facets of human resource management including staff recruitment,
labor relations and staff retention. From a regulatory standpoint,
Mona is responsible for keeping abreast and overseeing compliance
with the multitude of HR-related regulations including FMLA, ADA,
OSHA, and HIPAA as well as applicable EEOC and NLRB guidelines.
She also is an expert in workers compensation claims handling and
processing as well as benefits administration, including pension,
401(k), and health insurance.

Bonnie Saunders,
PT, MPA, CDP
Director of Rehabilitation and Program Development
As a physical therapist
by profession, Bonnie Saunders' career spans back over twenty
years when she began as a staff therapist at Logan General
Hospital in West Virginia. Bonnie earned her Masters in Public
Administration with applied in Health Science Administration
from the University of Missouri in 1996. Since that time, she
has become widely recognized in the healthcare industry for her
forward-thinking approach to rehabilitative medicine and
techniques by utilizing the most cutting edge and
technologically advanced rehabilitative equipment available on
the market. It is that experience and mindset that compelled
AristaCare to bring her on board as Director of Rehabilitation
and Program Development. Some of Bonnie's tremendous
accomplishments at AristaCare include the implementation of some
of our key clinical programs, such as the Stroke Recovery
Rehabilitation Program, Cardiac Boot Camp, the VitalStim
Dysphagia Therapy Program, the Healthy Healing Wound Care
Program, and the Nostalgia Park Dementia Program.

Lori E. Theiss
Creative Director
Lori E. Theiss, our Creative Director, brings forth a very
colorful background to AristaCare. Graduating college with a BA
in Communications and specialty in Advertising, she boasts a 26
year career in the promotional and print advertising industry
while consistently holding top creative management positions.
She has extensive experience in advertising, marketing, event
planning & execution, promotional advertising, graphic design,
and printing and applies this knowledge and expertise on a daily
basis in her role at AristaCare. Lori possesses outstanding oral
and written communication skills, and her organizational,
administrative, and artwork abilities are second to none.
Additionally, Lori's effervescent personality lends itself to
excellent vendor & client communications. She enjoys a hands-on
approach to designing and printing a large portion of
AristaCare's marketing materials and presentations in-house,
allowing AristaCare greater creative control overall. She is
truly an asset to have on the AristaCare team.

Gaddy Orshten
Director of Payroll
As the director and
manager of our Payroll Department, Gaddy Orshten is responsible
for overseeing all the payrolls throughout our various
facilities. Gaddy has over 5 years experience in managing
payroll in the healthcare industry. His position allows him to
exercise his specialty in managing, cleaning, and organizing
payroll to ensure a smooth and successful payroll process is in
place and is executed properly and professionally. Additionally,
Gaddy is currently recognized as an active Certified QuickBooks
Pro-Advisor since 2007, and has several years of experience in
financial reconstruction.
