Sidney Greenberger began his illustrious career in healthcare as a
dietary worker and as a quality assurance aide. After working and
excelling in these roles, Sidney was recognized for his hard work
and achievements and was trained and promoted to a business-office
position in charge of Medicaid eligibility and collections. After
becoming an assistant administrator, and then, in 1993, a
practicing administrator, Sidney became well-known for his
positive work ethic, his in-depth knowledge and understanding of
the always-evolving healthcare market, and his unyielding
commitment as a leader entrusted with ensuring the health and
well-being of his clients as well as the morale and satisfaction
of his employees. As a consultant to healthcare centers in New
York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida, his expertise is in
high demand. His forward-thinking, pleasant personality and deep
understanding of the healthcare industry has contributed to the
success of the facilities he owns and manages.

Heshy Klein
Chief Operating Officer
Heshy Klein offers an outstanding contribution to AristaCare's
executive management team. His extensive and notable experience in
the long-term care/sub-acute field make him an authority in all
financial and business operations. Heshy's strong analytical,
interpersonal and presentation skills have fostered his successful
track record of improving profitability through cost reduction,
increased efficiency and revenue enhancement. His broad, yet
in-depth knowledge of the various governmental Medicare and
Medicaid reimbursement systems, make him an expert when dealing
with the ever-changing reimbursement environment. Heshy's unique
problem-solving and organizational skills contribute to his

Renee' Pruzansky
Senior Vice President
Renee’ boasts an illustrious healthcare background encompassing
marketing, sales, and public relations for the past 15-plus years.
Renee’s ability to network with key decision makers and physicians
has her well positioned in the healthcare market. Her unique
approach in creating and developing niche markets and innovative
programs, is what distinguishes AristaCare’s
facilities from their competitors. Her track record in public
relations and high impact marketing events brings the success and
results demanded in this fast paced industry. Renee’s in-depth
understanding of information technology, combined with her
aptitude for methodical statistical analysis, has been the driving
force behind the development and implementation of AristaCare’s
proprietary database software, which has been key to the
tremendous admissions and census-building success for which she is
famous.

Michael Neiman, LNHA
Vice President of Operations
Michael is a determined professional whose work experience is backed by his exceptional credentials. He has served in an administrator capacity since 1996, the last four years of which were at “AristaCare at Alameda Center.” His experience as a multi-state administrator has provided him with the necessary background to oversee operations of all AristaCare centers. Since much of Michael’s experience as an administrator was at large-capacity institutions, he has also developed a unique aptitude for efficient and economical oversight of special company-wide projects related to construction, renovation, and environmental compliance. Over the years, he has also implemented several clinical initiatives and has successfully introduced certain medically complex services into the nursing home setting, such as in-patient Hemo-dialysis. He’s recognized by peers as a pioneer in the development of ethnic and cultural programs, many of which have become flagship programs at several of AristaCare’s centers.

Andrew Mutchler
Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Andy brings 30 years of extensive financial experience to
AristaCare’s team of professionals. He has developed an in-depth
understanding of the hospital/healthcare industry through various
positions he has held in his career ranging from director of
finance at Hospital for Joint Diseases and St. Clare’s Hospital;
director of finance and consulting for Zimmet-Solomon; and, as a
third party auditor for KP&G (formerly known as Schwaeber, Sloan,
Weitzman & Co). Andy’s proven, accomplished ability to apply his
financial management expertise across all business operations
includes financial controls, budgeting, cash management, credit
and collections, audit regulatory compliance, financial reporting,
project management, negotiations and cost control. He is
especially adept at introducing creative solutions to cash
management, cost containment, vendor relations and process
reengineering challenges. Andy is also known for significantly
improving severe cash and liquidity crises and has collected
millions of dollars in missed billing.

Melissa
Guglielmo, CTRS, LNHA
Director of Operations
Melissa has an accomplished past in the long term care industry.
She specializes in regulatory compliance, and initiating quality
improvement programs. Her ability to detect and quickly resolve
any non compliance in all departments is among her many
distinguished achievements. Her hands-on approach and strong
commitment to team building is what ensures the success of the
many proven systems she implements. As a CTRS in a long-term care
setting, she demonstrated exceptional outcomes in the creation of
fall, wandering and restraint reduction programs. She then
furthered her career by becoming a licensed nursing home
administrator (LNHA). Melissa’s strong leadership ability has
given her an excellent track record of creating and successfully
implementing systems for increased regulatory compliance, cost
control/reduction, and employee morale. Her firm but fair and
honest approach, along with her strong commitment to her work, has
earned her much respect in the industry. AristaCare sets high
standards within its facilities, and Melissa’s tenacity,
perseverance, and relationship-building ensure each new facility
reaches, exceeds, and maintains the high quality of compliance

Mona Lynch
Director of Human Resources and Risk Management
Mona Lynch holds a certification from Rutgers University in human
resource management. She has had extensive experience in all
facets of human resource management including staff recruitment,
labor relations and staff retention. From a regulatory standpoint,
Mona is responsible for keeping abreast and overseeing compliance
with the multitude of HR-related regulations including FMLA, ADA,
OSHA, and HIPAA as well as applicable EEOC and NLRB guidelines.
She also is an expert in workers compensation claims handling and
processing as well as benefits administration, including pension,
401(k), and health insurance.

Nancy R. Petrillo, R.Ph.
Directory of Pharmacy Services
Nancy Petrillo joins AristaCare at one of the most
critical junctures in the history of institutionalized pharmacy
services. With the advent of Medicare Part D, Prescription Drug
Plans (PDPs), and other newly adapted federal quality-control
guidelines, the time was ripe for AristaCare, one
of the most forward-thinking long-term and post-acute-care
providers, to add the services of a full time registered
pharmacist to the ranks of its corporate infrastructure. As
corporate pharmacist, Nancy is responsible for the oversight of
pharmacy quality control, policy and procedures, and resident and
patient satisfaction. For 16 years prior to joining AristaCare, Nancy held the positions of professional services
coordinator, national project manager, and director of account
management at a nationally recognized institutional pharmacy
provider. Nancy has participated in regional quality improvement
committees aimed at improving medication dispensing processes; she
was instrumental in the development, implementation, and training
of Medicare Part D regulations and guidelines; she spearheaded
cost containment and therapeutic substitution programs; and was
responsible for servicing over 40,000 skilled nursing and assisted
living beds.

Norman Besser, LNHA
Director of Purchasing
As a licensed nursing home administrator, Norman has held various
administrative positions within the nursing home hierarchy over
the past decade, including that of assistant administrator and
director of materials management. Norman’s background and
experience gives him the unique ability to apply his first-hand
knowledge of daily operational requirements to the task of
efficiently and effectively negotiating and implementing vendor
contracts, and to ensure that AristaCare facilities are
appropriately stocked and equipped in a manner consistent with
their commitment to provide unparalleled quality healthcare.

Patricia Gaub
Accounts Payable Manager
Pat possesses an in depth knowledge of the entire payables process, and prides herself on her ability to prepare and submit data in an expeditious manner. Her efforts are essential to AristaCare’s ultimate goal of continually striving for excellence in all aspects of its operations. As a key player, Pat optimizes the tone and demeanor of the AristaCare organization: calm, collective, courteous, and methodical. After working for more than 15 years in a secretarial capacity, Pat is also known for her meticulous nature and attention to detail.

Jeff Schwarz
Interim Comptroller
Jeff Schwartz currently serves as AristaCare’s Interim Comptroller, and, as such, brings with him a wealth of general industry knowledge resulting from his more than 30 years of experience in the health care field. Jeff’s education includes a Masters degree in Public Administration and Health Care Finance from New York University. During his 30-year tenure as an owner and operator of nursing homes, Jeff has held positions ranging from nursing home administrator, controller, and CFO. As a pioneer in the then new subacute market with the advent of the Medicare PPS (Prospective Payment System) in 1995, Jeff was at the forefront in the formation of several “umbrella” groups established to deal with, on a collective basis, the newest payor group: HMOs. He was one of the founders of Care Associates Network, an organization that implements and negotiates managed-care and HMO contracts on behalf of subacute care centers. In addition, Jeff has also served as an operational and fiscal consultant for various public and private healthcare facilities in New York and New Jersey.

Charles Levin
Budgeting/Financial Reporting Manager
As budgeting/financial reporting manager, Charles personifies
efficiency and standardization. He possesses the ability to
monitor and analyze a company’s budget and budget variances in
real time. When incorporating newly-managed or newly-acquired
facilities, Charles integrates every detail, no matter how big or
small, into one cohesive process. As part of his budgeting and
forecasting responsibilities, Charles has mastered the intricacies
of the rate-setting and reimbursement methodology for all the
states and localities in which AristaCare facilities operate. He
also works closely with Andy Mutchler, CFO, concerning budgetary
issues.

David Silberstein
Accounts Receivables and Collections Manager
David has an outstanding reputation as a billing and collections
expert. His experience includes Medicare and Medicaid billing and
collections, as well as Managed Care. David is also considered a
specialist in Medicaid eligibility and in expedited enrollment.
His successful track record brings about the results demanded in
today’s fast paced healthcare and ever-evolving environment.

Jerry Zanziper, LNHA
Payroll Manager
As a licensed nursing home administrator and a previous assistant
administrator for a regional nursing home chain, Jerry brings
“real world” expertise to a position whose primary function is to
ensure the seamless oversight and processing of tens of millions
dollars in annual aggregate payroll, across multiple facilities
and states, and for the benefit of hundreds of employees under the
AristaCare management umbrella. As corporate
payroll manager, Jerry is also charged with ensuring company-wide
adherence to established policy and protocol, and is the first
line of control for monitoring and maintaining compliance with
established minimum and maximum par levels, budgets and variances,
and overtime compliance. With an additional background in
information technology, Jerry is also at the forefront of the
evaluation and implementation process of enterprise-level software
related to staff scheduling systems, time and attendance systems,
biometric time-clock integration, and other payroll-related
systems and services.

Lori E. Theiss
Marketing & Event Manager
Lori offers her highly creative and colorful background to AristaCare, bringing forth her 23+ years of experience as a Creative Manager, Copywriter, Promotional Director, and National Event Planner. Lori handles everything marketing related for all of our AristaCare facilities, including Corporate, while utilizing her strong administrative and organizational abilities, exceptional communication/people skills, and proficiency with computer graphics on a daily basis. She also manages and coordinates all internal and external events. Lori has an outstanding work ethic, and the results of her efforts continuously exceed the highest level of expectations set forth.

Peretz Stern
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer for AristaCare, Peretz and his team are charged with the responsibility of ensuring uninterrupted data flow between AristaCare and its affiliated facilities and for maintaining a central data repository that feeds off an infrastructure spread across multiple facilities and multiple states. As the former systems administrator for a publicly traded health and beauty aide company, and with more then 10 years experience in Information Technology, Peretz personifies cutting-edge IT infrastructure and design. His professional strong points include the seamless integration of internet and intranet, as well as his ability to balance the need to ensure a constant flow of necessary data, while at the same time limiting the same flow based on sound security policies and in compliance with
applicable regulatory statutes, such as HIPAA.
