Norwood Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located at the foothills of the famous Watchung Mountains and is in close proximity to the towns of Warren, Fanwood, Scotch Plains, Springfield, Edison, and Green Brook. Norwood's successful programs include cardiac telemetry monitored rehab, VitalStim Dysphagia Therapy, tracheostomy (trache) care, gastric tube (g-tube) care, and a brand new state-of-the-art post surgery wing. Our high tech rehabilitation gym, includes physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, as well as complete ADL training facilities. Norwood also has a unique Jewish program appropriately named "L'Chaim Lifestyles." Norwood is non-denominational organization and offers chaplain visits and religious church services all religions, including Catholic, Presbyterian, Methodist, Baptist, Adventist, etc.
