AristaCare at Meadow Springs Reviews

May I take the opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the wonderful care and attention my mother received during her stay at your facility. As you know, my mom was in very poor health when she arrived due to her extreme COPD, she was on a ventilator with a tracheotomy and had a feeding tube. With your help Mom was able to have the trach removed. You made her feel safe and confident. Many thanks to the staff which not only includes the wonderful and caring nurses but also the great nursing assistants, housekeeping, maintenance, dietary, front desk girls and literally every person who works there! Her daily physical therapy sessions that she received enabled her to resume her life as she knew it before her illness. She drives her car again! Occupational Therapy helped her be more independent, which she needed desperately. Speech therapy also gave her so much support. John and his staff (respiratory department) were amazing to us. Felt like we were all one family. My brother Bill and I are most grateful to everyone for giving our Mother back to us. You saved her life. With much love,
Maureen and Bill M.
On behalf of my sister and me we would like to extend our warmest gratitude to you and your staff for making our parents 50th anniversary party a success. Your staff was amazing and very helpful, they truly made is all come together and without them this would not have been success. Our parents were truly surprised and the look on their faces when they walked into the room was worth a lifetime of memories. It could not have3 turned out any better, the room was perfect, the atmosphere was great and the staff and patients were tremendous. You and your staff need to be commended on a job well done that goes above and beyond the call of duty for making our parents share such a milestone in their lives and making their day very special for years to come. Please share this letter with your staff and let them know how grateful we are for making this day special for us and for our parent, a day we will remember forever."

A Thank You to All! With your kind, generous care, I have been able to return to my humble, yet wonderful life with my loved ones. I am very grateful that your concern was as deep as it was, for I fear that without it, I might not be where I am today. What you do for people's lives probably doesn't get enough recognition, so I MUST see that you know how much I appreciate what you did for me!!! Once again, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!"

Nursing homes can sometimes be scary to patients and their family members for a variety of reasons. However, for the past five days I have literally lived at Meadow Springs with a patient as a family member. I have seen your operation as a family member and vicariously thru a patient. I have felt accommodated, welcomed and comfortable. Ultimately I am impressed with your professionalism. I want to thank you for all you did with and for my mother, Virmette G. and for filling in the gap in her family's absence. You are all champions!"
