AristaCare at Alameda Center

Located at 303 Elm Street in Perth Amboy, NJ, is just one of AristaCare's success stories. AristaCare began managing Alameda Center in August of 2004. While significantly enhancing the clinical and patients care aspects of the facility, AristaCare was also successful in reversing the facility's years-long trend of continued financial losses. Through the implementation of several new programs and services AristaCare at Alameda Center's census has increased its census by more than 40% within 5 short months, far exceeding projections and goal. Some of the successful programs at Arista Care at Alameda Center include cardiac telemetry monitored rehabilitation, a comprehensive post surgery program with post-hospital level rehabilitation, specialized ethnic program including a Hispanic unit and an Indian unit geared to Gujarati and Punjabi Indians. Arista Care at Alameda Center also offers complimentary family transportation for the convenience of family members visiting their loved ones at Alameda.
